KOVotes is an independent fan project, not a company — there is no support team, just the person who built it. Email contact@kovotes.com for anything below. Including the event name and fighters, or your username, makes things much quicker to sort out.
Fight cards and results are pulled in automatically from public sources, so when a card changes late — a fighter pulls out, a bout is added, a result is recorded oddly — the site can be wrong for a while before the next sync corrects it. If something still looks wrong after a few hours, send the event name and the bout and it will be checked and fixed by hand. Scores are recalculated automatically once a result is corrected, so nobody loses points over a data error.
Questions about eligibility, a payout handle, or a prize that has not arrived all go to the same address. Prizes only ever go to the handle saved on your own profile, and KOVotes will never email you asking for a password, a seed phrase, a card number, or a payment of any kind in order to release one.
You can change your email or username, and delete your account permanently, from your profile page without contacting anyone. If you would rather it was handled for you, or you want to know what is stored about you, email from the address on the account and say so. What gets collected and how long it is kept is set out in the Privacy Policy.
Genuinely welcome, and the reason several parts of the site exist. If something is broken, saying what you clicked and what happened is enough. If you want a feature, say what you were trying to do — that is usually more useful than the feature itself.
Replies come from one person who also has a job, so it can take a few days, and longer in the middle of a fight week. Anything affecting scoring or prizes gets looked at first. There is no phone line and no live chat, and there is no postal address to give — KOVotes is a website run by an individual, not a registered business.
