KOVotes is a free fight-prediction game. You pick fight outcomes, earn points when you're right, and appear on leaderboards. No purchase, payment, deposit, or wager is ever required or accepted. KOVotes is not a gambling, betting, or wagering service, and points have no cash value.
We may, at our discretion, award cash prizes to top finishers on event leaderboards. Prize availability, amounts and timing are announced on the site and may change or end at any time. Entry is always free, and no purchase is ever needed to play or to win.
Eligibility. To be eligible for a prize on a card you must be at least 18, have verified your email address, have had your account for at least 7 days before that card's picks lock, and have made picks on at least three quarters of the card's fights. Prize places go to the highest-ranked eligible players; players who don't meet these rules still appear on the leaderboard.
One prize per person. One account per person, and one prize per person or household per card. Each payout handle (Cash App cashtag or Bitcoin address) can be registered to only one account. Prizes are paid manually after a review, normally within 7 days of the event, and you need a valid payout handle on your profile to be paid.
Fair play. We may withhold or reclaim a prize, and suspend accounts, where we reasonably suspect multiple accounts, coordinated or automated play, or other abuse; our decision on prize eligibility is final. Prizes are void where prohibited by law, and you are responsible for any taxes on prizes you receive.
One account per person — creating more than one account, or playing on someone else's behalf, isn't allowed. You're responsible for your account and for keeping your password private. Pick whatever username you like, but nothing offensive or impersonating. We may rename or remove accounts that break this. We may suspend or delete accounts that abuse the service.
KOVotes is an independent fan project. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by UFC®, Zuffa LLC, or any fight promotion. Event and fighter names are used only to identify the real-world events you're predicting. Fight information is compiled from publicly available sources and, while we keep it updated automatically, we can't guarantee it's always complete or error-free.
The site is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, KOVotes is not liable for any indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the site. Our total liability for any claim is limited to $20.
We may update these terms; material changes will be reflected in the date above. Questions: contact@kovotes.com.
